Using a therapeutic massage modality with hot stones, the oils are gently massaged into both sides of the vertebrae for deep penetration; after which, a hot towel is placed on the area to infuse the oils into the skin.

Although the process takes 50-60 minutes to complete, the oils will continue working in the body for 5-7 days.
